Our Products
We have many varieties of smoked products, from our original(family recipe) to our char sui flavored meat. We only use fresh island ingredients including island grown pork from Waianae. We’ve grown our product list to include smoked sausages, veggie sausages and patties, smoked variety of seafood like Marlin,Salmon, Ahi, He’e(octopus) and accompanied dips.We also sell smoked whole butters, Jams and Smoked Meat Rubs.
Our Story
Smoked Meat has been a local staple appetizer for many year, and is used in vast types of dishes of Hawaii. We supply the islands of Hawaii with our award winning brand of soaked and smoked pork and have recently grown to be the supplier of restaurants here in Hawaii. We also ship via fed-ex to U.S. mainland. We also offer wholesale pricing to retail customers interested in smaller orders and party platters for special events.
